Determining heat losses in university educational premises and developing an algorithm for implementing energy-saving measures

This paper gives examples of the implementation energy-saving measures in public premises. The introduction at enterprises significantly reduces fixed component industrial expenditures. As a rule, educational institutions, for example, premises, are financed from state budget, and saving money on utilities will enable redirecting finances to development university’s scientific base. Thus, main purpose implementing such is reduce cost maintaining buildings. divided into three stages. At first preparatory stage, problem elements building communications, which require using special Fluke Ti25 device, identified. Problem structure were determined by complete scanning ceiling, walls, floor with help thermal imager. A large (more than 10 %) difference between indoor air temperature element indicates element. research method thermographic. study contains an example wall left right sides 2.6 °C (the room 21 %). significant heat losses through wall. second stage information processing, energy consumption determined. third measures, that directly affect effective functioning communications implemented. practical relevance obtain results recommendations can be applied practice improve efficiency premises
